The newest inspectors on the BC Team are expanding their services by offering Potable Water Sampling and Analysis to their rural customers. Our local realtors appreciate being able to get both the home inspection and the well water testing done at the same time, from a professional home inspector. We held a training session in our new Pacific Presentation Centre with the technician from Exova Laboratories. We're already seeing some results from that training exercise and our inspectors are now fully prepared with their test kits to deliver this excellent, additional service to home buyers.

And Team BC was spreading that good word recently at the Business Franchise and Investment Expo in November.  Many serious franchise prospects were interested in hearing about the amazing opportunity A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections provides, making Regional Owners Dave and Kim Williams excited about the follow-up potential!

BC Owners Dave and Kim Williams recently hosted their regional meeting in the beautiful coastal village of Horseshoe Bay! With the mountains and ocean offering inspiration for the soul, the team sharpened their minds in marketing, sales training and the dreaded mold remediation.

Regional Owner, Noel Whitten recently hosted a meeting of his Atlantic franchise owners that covered lots of valuable topics guaranteed to position A Buyer's Choice home inspectors at the top of their industry. With expert guest speakers on indoor air quality, thermal imaging, radon, energy efficient homes and even customer service phone etiquette, this group is now armed and dangerous (to the competition, at least!) with the most up to date and professional knowledge.

Congratulations to Colin West and Roberta Barbeau, new franchise owners for Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario! Colin and Roberta are armed to the teeth with sales, operations, customer service and management skills in addition to Colin's valuable insider knowledge of the construction industry. Colin and Roberta are excited to head to Boot Camp in the new year and about adding their own definition of "superior" to Lake Superior!

Congratulations to SE Florida Regional Owner, Dave & Kathleen Moore on their unit sale! Joe Humlick and his partner Diana Farr are the new franchise owners for Pompano Beach!  More than just a vacation hot spot, Florida is proving to be a business hot spot for A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections and we're excited about the value Joe and Diane will bring to the brand in their area!

We're big believers in the idea that there is strength in numbers, which is why for the first time all four A Buyers Choice Ontario regions came together for one big meeting of the minds! With 45 franchise owners in attendance along with all the regional owners, it was a jammed packed day of valuable guests speakers, workshops and leadership advice to help everyone stay inspired, focused and productive in their business ventures.

In the future, that's how they'll refer to the time during which franchise owner Stone Li brought great success for A Buyer's Choice in Langley Township! While we admit we can't really predict the future, with Stone and wife Sally's commerce degrees and MBA combined with their enthusiasm and commitment, we're pretty confident they're going to make business history!

With two new owners - Don Heron and Paul McKercher - of two new franchises - City of Kingston and Brockville area - A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections is coming out swinging! Both Don and Paul are experienced business owners with extensive backgrounds in sales, marketing and management, giving them the edge when it comes to success.  Add to that the dream team they're assembling for the 1st Boot Camp in 2011 and this dynamic duo is going to be ready to rock by February!

We're celebrating the first ever A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections region in Quebec! We're thrilled to have Guy Gravelle as the new Regional Owner for Western Quebec and as our man on the ground to make big things happen in this new territory that is wide open and ripe with potential! With a long career in the housing and construction industries including working with the Canadian government on international construction projects and building and selling his own condo development, Guy is also a master electrician, certified for asbestos removal and has extensive sales experience.  On our wish list for the ideal regional owner, we hit the jackpot with Guy!

As the new franchise owner for the Pembroke area, Jeff Maves knows about successful business. He built and sold a lucrative landscaping company and then moved on to build the #1 tow truck business in the Upper Ottawa Valley, which he recently sold. Now ready to focus all that business know-how and entrepreneurial energy into a new career with A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections, Jeff and his wife Angie are full of promise and potential! Watch for A Buyer's Choice in Pembroke, Petawawa Military Base, Chaulk River and Deep River as this team gets into full gear!

Congratulations to Navrose and Ramneek Bains as new franchise owners in BC's Richmond South!  A natural fit for the A Buyer's Choice team, Navrose grew up working in his father's door and moulding company in Surrey, gaining experience on the shop floor, in sales and in accounting. Both Navrose and Ramneek studied business administration/management and Navrose already has a jump start on his training - he completed part of his Carson-Dunlop certification in college! All in all, this couple are packing a powerful punch as they start their new business and we look forward to a big knock out of the competition!

This is the kind of sequel we know would be a box office hit! After buying the Aurora franchise just months ago, crackerjack owners Kiran and Ritchie Bisnauth have now added Newmarket to their portfolio!  A perfect partnership, Kiran and Ritchie put the A Buyer's Choice system to work for them every day and boy, is it working!  From realtor networking to community involvement, the Bisnauths know how to create more than just a buzz, they are following through with excellent service, professional expertise and good old-fashioned hard work. Congratulations!

There's nothing like the combination of hot rides on a hot summer day to get 25,000 people out and about and A Buyer's Choice was there to greet them! Regional owners Dave and Kim Williams along with Rob Bridge and other members of Team BC proudly showed their company colours at the Port Coquitlam Classic Car Show, meeting and greeting lots of potential customers and real estate agents during this very fun day. A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections also sponsored the award for the Best Stock vehicle in the 1970 - 87 class, which was won by Gord Carleton and his 1987 Black & Grey Corvette.
