What should a typical home inspection cover?
Everything — an inspection should cover all the systems of a home: the grounds, structure, heat, air condition, electrical, plumbing and even radon. A certified home inspector should make sure the buyer understands the home from top to bottom so they can confidently make a decision with the peace of mind that he or she comprehends what they are getting into.
Congratulations TOP Award Winner!

A Buyer's Choice Home Inspections CEO and founder Bill Redfern has the franchise -- and himself -- running on all cylinders. He just ran a triathlon to prove it!
On November 10, Bill successfully completed the Miami Man Half Ironman, completing a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, a 56-mile (90 km) bike ride and a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run in 5 hours and 10 minutes. Wow!
Bill placed 9th in his age group and 49th overall out of 2,000 athletes competing from all over the world. Conditions during the race were challenging with rain pouring down for much of it and accompanied by strong winds -- and then very hot and humid air when the sun finally came out.
Following his finish, Bill said, "I was very pleased overall with the race and the results. I set the goal for a half Iron last spring, so for my first attempt I couldn't be happier. A huge thanks to everyone for the support and encouragement I have received along the way!"
Congratulations Bill! It's very inspiring to us all to see someone set a goal and achieve it through hard work and determination!
